Role:
TD Ameritrade Brokerage Operations ensures the following is provided to our clients and shareholders:

* Flawless trade order management, routing, execution and settlement

* Timely and accurate account opening, transfer and maintenance to enable a positive and Investor-friendly experience

* Seamless cash/asset management and trade clearing and settlement services

* All aspects of risk management; trade, margin, lending, operational and counter-party

* Innovative solutions to the challenges presented by today's capital markets, clearing houses and regulatory market

The TD Ameritrade Brokerage Operations Leadership Development Program (BOLD) is a fast-paced, challenging rotational program that allows participants to jump start a career with TD Ameritrade Brokerage Operations. The BOLD Program is a unique opportunity for participants with internal drive and a competitive spirit to receive significant exposure to multiple areas of Operations.

Participants will receive professional development which includes:

* Formal leadership classes

* Mentoring from senior leaders

* Networking with members of senior management

* Interaction with groups that the support Brokerage Operations

* Day to day interactions with Associates at all levels

Responsibilities:
The BOLD Associate position is designed to enable participants to develop extensive knowledge about the financial services industry and TD Ameritrade. Additionally, the participant will be able to grow his/her industry-specific skills, learn various aspects of Brokerage Operations, and contribute insights to support business decisions by completing job rotations through several departments.

In addition, this 12-18 month immersive program consists of the following features and benefits:

* A comprehensive rotation through multiple departments to enable your development of a broad knowledge-base and skill set

* Opportunities to work on critical business development projects

* Opportunities for overseas assignments in our Indian operations centers in Bangalore and Chennai

* A well rounded Financial Services Industry education including the opportunity to obtain Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses

* Opportunities for positions in other critical business units including Project Management, Business Analysis, Workforce Management, Systems Management or Process Improvement

* Upon selection into a leadership role, successful candidates will enter an intensive Management & Leadership Education program

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher required

* 1+ years' leadership experience

* Strong business acumen

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* High level of self-motivation, desire to learn and intellectual curiosity

* Superior analytical, critical thinking and process analysis skills

* Results driven, flexibility and change leadership required,

* Capacity to multi-task and leverage project management skills

* Strong interpersonal, emotional and social intelligence required

* Demonstrated outstanding collaborative and team building skills

* Ability to manage/lead using influence

* The ability to relocate is required along with the ability to travel domestically & internationally

* Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Series 7, 63, & 24 preferred, or the ability to obtain certifications within a designated time period required
