Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for a Field Property Claims Service Adjuster in Omaha, Nebraska.

As an Allstate Field Property Claims Service Adjuster, you will be working from your residential office and will be responsible for evaluating and estimating homeowner property damage, which will require travel to sites where the damage is located. Overnight travel can be expected. Laptop computer technology is used to complete estimates. You will be documenting claim activity on a laptop and following processes that provide fair settlements or claim resolutions, customer satisfaction, and excellent cost management.

Qualifications

**Please note that the based on business need, candidates need to be able to work Tuesday-Saturday as part of the regular work schedule.**

Ideal qualifications:

* HS Diploma/GED, plus at least 5 years experience writing property estimates
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and computer skills
* Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
* Persistence and the ability to work through and solve problems
* Experience using Xactimate is a plus.
* Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Please note that this highly demanding field service position will require you to travel as much as 75% of your working time. As a result, you must have a valid drivers license, use of a working vehicle, and be willing to work rotational weekend and extended hours if necessary. In addition, you must be able to carry and set up a 50lb. ladder, and climb up and down it many times in a day.
