Jobing Description

Working as a Sales Executive 1, you will implement solution-based sales strategies that uncover new business opportunities and manage account growth within the AT&T Premier Client Group.  You will be responsible for generating new business, account penetration, account retention and account growth within a geographic territory and a defined set of Premier accounts.
 
Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business within an assigned account base
  • Sell complex voice and data solutions to existing customers and prospects across multiple locations
  • Identify data needs through thorough understanding of customer business operations and effectively develop comprehensive data and voice solutions to meet the needs of the client
  • Utilize solution selling techniques and effective sales approaches
  • Plan and manage assigned accounts to maximize potential
  • Drive business to most cost effective fulfillment channel and maximize most cost-effective channel options for sales fulfillment
  • Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations
  • Obtain and exceed desired results in account growth, data penetration and revenue targets
  • Build and foster meaningful business relationships
  • Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retention
  • Incorporate all applicable sales stimulation strategies, programs, and other targeting contacts, e.g. cold calling, prospecting, networking, and market knowledge
  • Submit daily and weekly call reports for prospects and existing account coverage including sales forecast to Sales Manager

Skills / Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • Three or more years of Business-to-Business Sales Experience (B2B)

  • One or more years of wireless sales experience

  • Knowledge of AT&T Mobility service offerings, systems and infrastructure

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

  • Successful sales track record

  • Valid Driver's License


Desired Qualifications:



  • F1000 Account Management Experience

  • Industry knowledge

  • Must be able to work with an Account Management Team

  • Must be flexible of roles and responsibilities on the Account Management Team

  • Must be able to facilitate conversational and negotiating skills
